We never close at Tracker<<Back^tm. You can guarantee that whether you are enquiring about an order you placed or a delivery you made Tracker<<Back^tm gives up to the minute access to your data over a secure web connection provided you are authorised to see the information. You can specify just to see a transaction listing or a level of service that gives you historical information by client, carrier, load type or consignment description, destination and collection point.

We employ very high level security control for the information we keep at Tracker<<Back^tm. As a client of Tracker<<Back^tm you decide who you authorise for access to the consignment data you are collating.

You set all logon passwords in order to use the Tracker<<Back^tmdata enquiry management service to view your specific data. We at Tracker<<Back^tm do not have general access to the password table and therefore cannot change or reset them without your consent.

As a client of Tracker<<Back^tm you will have the option to be able to access the data enquiry service both on the INTERNET and MOBILE PHONE.
